Night and day, whenever your pet is outside, your Invisible Fence system is there to remind him of his boundaries and to correct him if he strays. It is the consistency of the training program that makes Invisible Fence systems so effective in protecting pets.
Your Invisible Fence system defines your pet's boundaries by creating an “invisible barrier” of radio signal through the use of an antenna wire that you bury into the ground. This wire is connected to your Invisible Fence transmitter located in your garage or basement.
Your pet wears a Computer Collar® which is programmed to give your pet an audible warning every time he gets within about eight feet of his boundaries. If your pet fails to heed this warning he will receive a mild correction. Through proper training, your pet will quickly learn the safe areas where he is free to run and play.
