Canine Fence offers a special 1-Year Basic Care Plan for your new or existing Invisible Fence Brand® pet protection system.

The 1 Year Basic Care Plan helps you save money on future service and/or repair calls. The 1 Year Basic Care Plan includes:

A Free Service call if a Control Panel or Surge Protection System stops working.
A Free Service call if a boundary fails on your Invisible Fence® Brand dog fence due to a wire break*.

*Wire breaks caused by construction and/or landscaping is not covered by 1 Year Basic Care Plan. Necessary wire and equipment not covered under warranty to complete the repair will be billed at regular prices. 1 YEAR BASIC CARE PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE REPLACEMENT BATTERIES.

This is an online only product and may not be purchased from the Client Contact Center.

Please Note: For your pet's protection, it is recommended that you change the batteries in your dog's collar every three months. All types of batteries have a limited shelf life and all PowerCap™ batteries should be used within 12 months of receipt.
