Product Description:

The SportDog™ Field Trainer is a lightweight, effective, and affordable electronic remote collar training system with a 400 yard range and includes both a transmitter and dog collar receiver.

You may use the Field Trainer for off leash obedience training in the backyard or nearby field, to train your dog to run with you off leash, and of course for field trials and hunting. 

Behavior correction is delivered on your command with the hand held unit - and the receiver collar is capable of 16 different levels of correction strength. Your choice of continuous correction or momentary (nick) correction.

The product features a 2.8 oz. receiver collar unit ideal for any dog over 30 pounds, including popular sporting and hunting breeds.

Both the transmitter and receiver are waterproof.

The SD-400 is for average-to-train dogs. Harder to train and stubborn dogs may need the additional stimulation found in the SportDog 400S model.

The Sport Dog Trainer is expandable and can be used to train 1, 2 or 3 dogs simultaneously.
