Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representatives
staff our Customer Service Centers and Inside Sales Center.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for all customer
contact regarding service, training and installations. They take
care of customer records by maintaining hard copy and computer
files. They are in constant communication with the field staff
and service center to assign tasks and gather information for
customer records. Customer Service Representatives service all
walk-in customers and report directly to the Customer Service
Manager.
Inside Sales Representatives handle the initial contact with
potential customers. They are responsible for scheduling new appointments
for the company's Sales Representatives and for selling the Invisible
Fence systems to existing prospects. Inside Sales Representatives
have contact with existing customers in order to maintain accurate
and current information. In-house Sales Center Representatives
report directly to the Center Manager.
Qualifications: A Customer Service Representative must
have excellent communication skills and be comfortable talking
with customers on the phone. They must be outgoing, self motivated,
and intelligent. They must like working as part of a team and
be comfortable in a problem solving function. They must also like
dogs!
Compensation: The Customer Service Representative position
is hourly and incentives can be earned. First year income potential
ranges from mid to upper 30's.
