Returns & Exchange Policies

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Returns must to be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
• Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable.
• Returns must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the factory sealed original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.
• For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.
• Items displaying wear and use are not eligible for a refund.
• Batteries are not returnable if the package has been opened, torn, or cut.
• Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit.
• Upon receipt of the merchandise and review of the condition of the product, we will issue a credit to your credit card if item is unused and returned with original packaging.
